Payroll preparation: collect, calculate, enter and verify monthly variables: bonuses and allowances, business expenses, advances, time-related variables, contributions and deductions
Processing of specific items: allowances, replacements, IFSM, promotions, on-call duties and stand-by periods, dispute handling
Quality control of payslips, monthly issuance and validation
Final settlement processing: calculation of end-of-contract payments (leave, seniority, various severance payments)
Preparation and verification of final settlement packages (final pay + mandatory documents)
Portability of supplementary health insurance and provident schemes; management of occupational hardship records
Preparation of DSNs; declaration and payment of social contributions
Liaison with URSSAF, pension funds, complementary health insurers and provident schemes
Post-payroll tasks: reconciliations, bank transfers, data extraction
Lead monthly payroll meetings
Monitoring of collective agreement and legal developments in your field
Employee support: individual responses regarding payslips, leave, absences and social contributions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Payroll, HR or Personnel Management
Significant payroll experience, ideally within our sector
Knowledge of labor law
Familiarity with the FEHAP collective agreement is a plus
Proficiency with payroll and time & attendance systems (CEGID HRU / Octime)

Ability to manage deadlines, busy periods and ensure data reliability
