Ensure the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of commercial and operational data.
Enhance omnichannel engagement capabilities for field force and marketing teams.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including the rollout, optimization and adoption of websites, CRM systems and marketing technologies.
Manage and maintain digital platforms such as websites and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate closely with Digital, Data & Commercial Excellence and Omnichannel teams for aligned campaigns.
Ensure high data quality and maintain data governance standards.
Monitor, validate and cleanse key datasets for accuracy.
Act as a point of contact for resolving data, CRM and reporting-related issues.
Provide actionable insights to support field force effectiveness.

A Bachelor’s degree.
You have a solid understanding of data governance principles.
You have at least 3 years of experience working with CRM and BI tools (such as Salesforce and Power BI).
You communicate clearly and effectively in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
You have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Veeva PromoMats is an advantage, but not a requirement, we’re happy to support your learning.
You live within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Boxmeer (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium) office.
