Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
Be the subject matter expert in the area of change management. Lead our customers through the journey of introducing a new travel tool and policies in their organization.
Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business needs
Communicate complex and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand
Take on additional projects related to IS Team alignment with other departments. Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks and issues
Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus).
Previous experience as Implementation Specialist, Account Management or SDR.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in an international environment.
Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for overcoming challenges.
Organised and structured working style, with strong communication and analytical skills as well as the ability to deliver clear recommendations.
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally, and adapt communication accordingly.
Motivated by challenges, with a strong personal drive to make a difference.
Previous experience in a SaaS implementation role is a plus.
Previous experience in project management is a plus.
