Operational Leadership: Manage holiday approvals, shift swaps, and absences in line with HR policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Data Accuracy & Lead Management: Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment days, and onboarding to build a strong, capable team.
