About this role

Lead a multi-disciplinary team and provide civil engineering expertise on diverse projects including energy, airport, subdivision, water programme, rail, highway and other private and public infrastructure
Explore integrated solutions and offer thoughtful perspectives
Partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world
Maintain involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery
Be supported into a client leader role

A relevant engineering degree, be RPEQ accredited (or CPEng and working towards RPEQ) and at least 7 years’ post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering
Demonstrated leadership and influencing capability
A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and bring forward new perspectives
