Role Overview
- Build and support one or more Epic modules for customers
- Provide day-to-day maintenance of the Epic system
- Assist in requirements gathering and testing for implementations
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and special projects
- Collaborate with end users and internal partners on issues and solutions
Requirements
- Experience with Epic modules
- Knowledge of nephrology practices
- Self-disciplined and able to thrive in a remote environment
- Ability to engage with users and internal partners to understand issues and design solutions
- Experience with workflow analysis, build, testing, and go-live phases of implementation
