Role Overview
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions during the payment processing cycle and in compliance with policies and regulations
- Analyze payment discrepancies and reconcile financial data across various systems to ensure accuracy
- Communicate payment discrepancies to inform internal and external stakeholders including issuer remediation and escalation to management
- Support and monitor existing automations, working directly with project analysts on issue resolution, enhancements, and testing
- Partnering with subject matter experts to support issue remediation and escalate concerns when needed
- Working with internal teams and external network representatives to resolve operational issues
- Supporting internal and external association or network releases impacting daily work
Requirements
- Experience in Payment Exceptions/Suspense, Reconciliation, Banking, and/or similar discipline
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in Excel
- 3+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
