Role Overview
- Leading the planning/execution of portfolio projects and programs in CNPTs
- Coordinating the creation of project plan
- Tracking and managing project performance
- Providing regular project update to governance body and stakeholders
- Mentorship to Junior PMLs
- Leading project review at C-PRF and PMC
Requirements
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in drug development
- Deep knowledge in drug development and R&D project management
- Deep knowledge and experience in financial management of projects
- Disease Area expertise in one or more therapy areas
- Understanding of project management tools and ways of working
- Effective meeting and time management skills
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills
