Serve as SDTL Responsible for planning and leading the delivery of all components of a clinical study.
Form a motivated and aligned study team.
Prepare and deliver study level feasibility, recruitment strategies, and delivery of the approved Clinical Study Protocol.
Work with Line Managers to identify resource needs and secure resources.
Forecast and manage study timelines, budget, materials, and development of detailed study plans.
Participate in negotiations and selection processes for external service providers.
Develop & manage contingency risk plans.
Lead preparation and delivery of study documents.
Coordinate timely delivery of Operations components to regulatory authorities.
Ensure active communication within LST and CPT throughout the study process.
Report study progress/updates to the SMO Study Leader/Team.

University degree and/or equivalent, biological science or healthcare-related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in R&D Clinical Operations or other related fields.
Working as LSTL for at least 1 year.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems.
