Develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients.
Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements.
Collaborate and be a leader across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely of the scope of work.
Provide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects.
Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networks in a technical, client-facing or consulting role.
Experience with installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba networks, including IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS, and core protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Layer 2/3, Multicast, and QoS.
Bachelor's degree in Networking, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCA-C, VCA-DV, MCA or equivalent level certifications.
