Comprehensive customer consulting and business development: Technical support for new and existing customers (on-site & virtual), identification of new sales opportunities, and acquisition of new customers and product segments to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Sales support and strategy implementation: Develop and implement sales-promoting measures and the sales strategy for the respective product area in close collaboration with regional sales teams.
Knowledge transfer and market development: Provide technical support and training to the sales team, contribute to supplier and product-group marketing activities, and represent the company at trade fairs and specialist exhibitions.
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in a scientific field (preferably chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related discipline).
Relevant experience in a chemical environment and initial B2B sales experience; practical knowledge in microbiology and histology and experience in chromatography are advantageous.
Strong negotiation and acquisition skills combined with a high service orientation and a goal-driven, independent, and committed working style.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a dynamic, confident demeanor and strong team orientation.
Fluent written and spoken German and English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office, SAP, Teams, and AI tools).
Driver's license and willingness to travel.
