Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to property owners in the United States.
- Qualify leads based on seller motivation, property details, and pricing expectations.
- Manage and update lead status diligently within the CRM to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Overcome objections and navigate complex conversations with property owners to secure interest.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to handover qualified opportunities for closing.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach targets to support the company's aggressive growth goals.
Requirements
- Residents of South Africa or Latin America only.
- 1–2+ years of proven experience in outbound cold calling.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a polished, clear, and professional accent.
- Ability to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours
- Proven track record of handling rejection and maintaining high energy throughout the day.
- Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage your own desk in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry (Land, Residential, or Commercial).
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Close.io, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Previous experience working with US-based customers or companies.
