Role Overview
Personal Lead Generation: Maintain a high personal output with a target of 100+ outbound calls per day.
Pipeline Management: Qualify and book a minimum of 50 high-quality meetings per month for the advisory team.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of specialists to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Calendar Oversight: Manage complex scheduling requirements for advisors, ensuring a seamless handoff from lead to consultation.
Process Optimization: Work within established sales workflows to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Requirements
Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for the UK market.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in high-volume cold calling and lead qualification.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and general CRM/calendar management tools.
Senior Maturity: Demonstrated experience in managing a team or acting as a lead specialist in a sales environment.
Tenacity: A self-starter attitude with the resilience to handle high call volumes and ambitious monthly targets.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the Financial Services industry (Pensions, Investments, or Mortgages).
Previous experience in pipeline management and CRM optimization.
Background in offshore sales leadership for Western markets.
