Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts working with Hiring Managers across each function.
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Lead sourcing and outreach on key hires where required.
Help build processes leveraging ATS, automation, and AI to ensure hiring the best talent globally.
Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
Feed back to the management team on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible.
Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.
Requirements
Experience hiring a variety of different roles within a high-growth, global, technology business.
Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail.
A clear, confident communicator able to build relationships quickly.
Extremely tech-literate with best-in-class tooling, process, and automation knowledge.
Comfortable working with data and understanding bottlenecks.
A passionate recruiter with a track record of delivery across multiple functions.
