Role Overview
- Drive analytics initiatives across manufacturing, sales, service, supply chain, and dealer ecosystems with focus on actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Work with business teams to identify and deliver data-driven insights
- Analyze data from DMS, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and manufacturing systems
- Support predictive analytics (forecasting, trends, anomaly detection)
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- 4–6 years in Analytics / BI
- Tools: Salesforce Analytics
- Strong SQL, basic Python/R (preferred)
- Knowledge of data modeling & ETL concepts
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, DMS datasets
