Requirements
- Over 10 years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
- Extensive experience influencing and managing stakeholders
- Experience serving as a strategic partner to senior executives
- Strong skills in process design and execution
- Deep experience developing capacity plans, staffing plans, and schedules
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience improving efficiency with IPA partners
- Experience integrating AI and automation into vendor workflows
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment in ambiguous situations
