Support Launch-to-Scale operations: You track bottlenecks in the customer journey (onboarding, smart meter activation, churn handling, compatibility) and help drive concrete solutions in close collaboration with Product and Operations
Support performance monitoring: You maintain dashboards and reporting cycles the team relies on; consolidate launch KPIs, activation metrics and performance data into clear, decision-ready updates
Contribute to cross-functional coordination: You support GTM initiatives by tracking workflows, identifying dependencies and moving action items across Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field and are seeking a working-student position with real responsibility
You are naturally structured: you break complex workflows into clear tasks and set up tracking systems that are actually used
You are confident with data and reporting: you can maintain a dashboard, consistently track KPIs and turn numbers into a concise update
You take your tasks from start to finish: you own action items fully, report blockers early and ensure alignment doesn’t stop at the meeting room door
You communicate clearly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
You are interested in the energy transition context; you want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business works, not just support the surrounding process
