You manage and develop relationships with UK & International TMC and corporate clients
You drive the adoption and growth of ehotel solutions, including central billing, priority booking platform and Online Booking Engine partner integrations
You support account growth, client retention, and new business opportunities
You conduct client meetings, presentations, business reviews, and product demonstrations
You work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Onboarding teams
You represent ehotel at customer meetings and industry events across the UK & International markets
You maintain accurate client and pipeline documentation and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
3+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within travel, hospitality, or corporate travel
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Independent, structured, and commercially driven way of working
Confident handling of CRM systems, Office applications and digital tools
Near-native English proficiency (C2)
Willingness to travel within the UK & International markets
