We are seeking a Technical Producer, Email Campaigns to support the execution of global Hardware CRM and email marketing programs.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations, audience activation, and email production, ensuring that highly visible customer communications are accurately configured, tested, approved, and delivered at scale.
Working closely with CRM Leads, Creative Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end technical deployment of email campaigns using Google's proprietary marketing platforms, including Google Notifications Platform (GNP), Marketing Analytics Platform (MAP), Connect Composer, and related tooling.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in complex marketing environments and enjoys combining technical expertise with operational excellence.
You will build and configure campaigns, manage audience integrations, implement dynamic content, oversee localization workflows, and ensure every deployment meets quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Success in this role comes from technical precision, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to consistently deliver flawless campaigns across multiple markets, languages, and audience segments.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in email production, campaign operations, CRM execution, or marketing technology roles within large-scale marketing organizations.
Strong understanding of HTML email development and email marketing best practices.
Hands-on experience managing campaign deployment platforms, preferably Google Notifications Platform (GNP) or similar enterprise-scale marketing automation tools.
Experience working with audience management and segmentation platforms, including data integration and audience activation workflows.
Proficiency with dynamic content implementation, personalization logic, and modular content frameworks.
Experience using content management and templating tools such as Connect Composer or comparable systems.
Strong understanding of email QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and deployment governance processes.
Experience managing localization workflows across multiple languages and regions.
Knowledge of audience permissions, recipient group management, and campaign governance practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues across multiple interconnected systems.
Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining operational processes and technical guides.
Experience working within highly cross-functional environments involving marketing, creative, analytics, and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with API integrations, marketing technology ecosystems, or workflow automation tools is advantageous.
