Support the end-to-end credit operations processes, including loan disbursements, repayment monitoring, and coordinating collections activities.
Monitor portfolio health and handle customers at risk of delinquency and in default, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Manage communications with customers and external partners to resolve credit-related issues through Intercom
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs.
Take ownership of daily operational tasks with an improvement mindset, actively identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts to help Credit Operations scale efficiently.
Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
Requirements
Speak English fluently
Experience in credit or lending operations within a fintech, bank, or financial services company is required
At least **2 year experience in credit operations **
Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with numbers.
Excited to continuously improve processes and find smarter ways of working.
Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and people skills, with the ability to manage relationships across departments and with external partners.
Knowledge of loan products, collections practices, and operational risk is an advantage.
