Requirements
A proven track record as a manager and experience working in an international environment
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the financial industry, including working in control functions, or working in the supervisory or regulatory authorities
Demonstrated experience in managing interactions with supervisory authorities
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance risk management
Ability to drive change and operate effectively in a transforming environment
A relevant academic degree, preferably in Law or a similar field
