Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, exclusive product collaborations, and activation strategies
Analyze partner performance data and present actionable insights to maximize sell-through and uncover growth opportunities
Create seasonal merchandise training manuals and product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand
Recap market and partner feedback regularly, surfacing best-sellers, white space opportunities, and competitive trends
Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue
Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights
Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
Work onsite in our Manhattan office up to 3-4 days per week, with remaining day(s) remote
Requirements
Strong business acumen and comprehension of retail math
Record of meeting and exceeding sales plans
Advanced sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of wholesale markets and competitive landscape
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of wholesale operations and logistics
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
4+ years of experience of sales or partnership experience
