You prepare the monthly payroll on schedule and transmit all payroll-relevant data to our external service provider, working closely with your colleague.
You review and verify the generated payslips for plausibility and act as the point of contact for employees with payroll or salary questions.
You reliably handle personnel administration — from employment contracts and personnel files to deadline tracking — and coordinate cross-functional topics with the team.
You administer company pension schemes in accordance with the German Occupational Pensions Act (BetrAVG) and manage our benefits portfolio from an administrative perspective.
You maintain employee data in Workday, create HR reports, and actively contribute your insights to the team.
Requirements
Relevant experience in payroll with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally supported by a related education or certification.
Strong knowledge of social security, tax, and employment law.
Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday or a comparable system.
You work in a structured and meticulous manner, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a confident presence when dealing with internal and external partners.
