Develops, tests, and maintains automations using RPA, workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
Ensures best practices and documentation for automations.
Works closely with business areas to identify automation opportunities and prioritize requests.
Monitors the performance, stability, and outcomes of deployed automations, driving continuous improvements.
Guides less experienced analysts, acting as a technical mentor.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields
Desired certifications and training:
RPA certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-500)
Lean / Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
Advanced courses in automation, BPM, or systems integration
Technical skills:
Strong experience in process automation (RPA), with proficiency in Python
Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and services
Knowledge of information security and access controls
Experience with source code versioning (e.g., Git) and development best practices
