Senior Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Innovation Lead: Identify opportunities to improve operations processes and propose solutions suited to the business context.
• Technical Support: Act as a technical reference for the team, resolving questions and ensuring correct execution of internal processes.
• RPA Monitoring: Monitor RPA bots daily to ensure operational continuity and open technical tickets to address failures.
• Technical Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and process maps for both new and existing RPAs.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, serving as the area’s focal point for this responsibility.
• Quality Control: Perform daily sampling of technicians’ activities to ensure compliance and the quality of delivered solutions.
• Ticket Management: Review daily ticket volumes, monitor response times (SLAs) and evaluate the technical performance of the team.
• Data Intelligence: Analyze dashboards and KPIs to enable strategic redistribution of workload and optimization of capacity.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Represent the team in relationships with other business areas, managing ticket creation and follow-up.
• Workflow Management (Pipefy): Monitor team tasks through Pipefy to ensure organized workflow.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports and indicator analyses for coordination to support decision-making.
• Equipment and Workplace Care: Ensure safekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and materials used, as well as the workplace; report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor to ensure normal area operations.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE); comply with quality, compliance, ethics and conduct standards defined by the group; and participate in training and development offered by Lojacorr.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity when requested by immediate leadership.
• Technical Mentor: Develop colleagues’ skills to prepare them for future Analyst roles and mentor Junior and Mid-level Analysts.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, Management Processes, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of the insurance market, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, programming logic, data management, and agile methodologies, practices and tools.
• Experience in data analysis and team leadership.
• Experience with programming logic and RPA is a plus.
• Key competencies: agility, collaboration, innovation, proactivity, results orientation, and a focus on deadlines and quality.
