Support the government in requirements engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), solutions development, system integration, reliability, and maintainability across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies
Develop, maintain, and manage system models using IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody (Rhapsody) to support system architecture, requirements traceability, behavior modeling, and design analysis
Support the planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements, ensuring alignment between operational needs, system architectures, and model-based engineering artifacts
Support the translation of mission and customer requirements into scalable and high-performance system capabilities through the application of MBSE methodologies and SysML/UML modeling techniques
Contribute to system architecture development by analyzing and allocating requirements across integrated IT systems and corresponding Rhapsody models
Develop and maintain system, functional, behavioral, and interface models to support architecture definition, system design, and stakeholder communication
Support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms, services, technologies, and System-of-Systems environments
Conduct in-depth technical assessments, including Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Evaluations using model-based approaches where applicable
Support strategic technical planning, architecture governance, and risk management aligned with government and agency objectives
Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, architecture products, design artifacts, verification activities, and system models throughout the systems engineering lifecycle
