Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, risk, or credit analysis will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in English and French will be considered an asset.
A proactive, self-driven approach.
Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
Natural instinct for identifying inconsistencies in complex datasets and persistence to investigate the 'why' behind the numbers.
