Lead transformation projects through implementation of our technical ERP solution RIB 4.0 in mid-sized companies and corporations
Conduct structured analyses, capture and implement requirements and optimization potentials of construction-related processes and map them in RIB 4.0
Ensure knowledge transfer by delivering trainings and workshops for our clients (90% online, 10% on-site)

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable construction-related qualification
Initial professional experience (2–4 years) after graduation
Knowledge of construction processes, e.g., bid/tender estimating, subcontractor and materials procurement, change order/claim calculation, etc.
Confident use of commercial or technical construction software
Enthusiasm for technologies and digital working methods in the construction industry
Strong communication skills
Very good German language skills (focus on the DACH market)
