This position focuses heavily on data and reporting.
Serves as the legislative session and reporting liaison for the 24-hour DHHS youth facilities.
Coordinates all other reporting for the facilities on the state and federal levels.
Ensures statutory, standard, and internal procedural compliance within facility operations through data monitoring and documentary auditing.
Facilitates and coordinates process improvements in response to non-compliance findings or procedural revisions.
Supervises the Compliance Program Manager I in Kearney and indirectly supervises the Compliance Specialists at each facility.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, education, law or related field.
One year experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, evaluating, marketing a program or service and supervising/managing staff.
Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
Certified in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiar with navigating data entry, collection, and analysis.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability in report writing and proofreading.
Possesses strong communication skills and navigates high-priority requests from internal entities and external stakeholders.
Valid Driver's license is required.
