Role Overview
- Perform technical and economic analyses of sales proposals;
- Provide customer support, offering appropriate products to meet customer needs;
- Register and update customer records in internal systems;
- Support the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals;
- Monitor the progress of quotations;
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and commercial records;
- Assist with the administrative and operational routines of the department;
- Assist in analyzing market opportunities and trends;
- Interact with internal departments such as Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain;
- Keep institutional documents and customer onboarding/approval processes up to date;
- Assist in the preparation and updating of commercial reports.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration or a related field;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive;
- Committed;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish or English, is desirable;
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
