Role Overview

• Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.
• Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately.
• Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
• Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through various administrative and technical tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced level of French required.
• Known for attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable with technological tools, including HR systems (Workday) and artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot).
