Deliver a high standard of client service by responding to internal and external requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Contribute to the development, review, and quality control of client-facing materials, including marketing presentations, portfolio commentaries, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFP/RFI responses, and periodic client reports.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of investment data across internal databases and external platforms.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of iAGAM’s investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and market views, as well as evolving client needs and industry trends.
Partner closely with portfolio managers, client relationship managers, and business development teams to support client engagements, advisor meetings, and consultant interactions.
Assist in the planning and execution of client events, roadshows, and conferences, including content preparation, logistics coordination, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, sales support, client portfolio management, or a similar function.
Is self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute to asset growth and client retention.
Has a Bachelor’s in finance, business administration, or other related fields.
CFA or CIM designations preferred.
In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and investment products.
Advanced proficiency in French and English are required.
