Provide legal advice across commercial law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, data protection, IP/IT and e-commerce-related matters
Support day-to-day business operations in Germany and Austria with practical, solution-oriented legal guidance
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
Support strategic projects, including M&A, financing topics, investor-related matters and corporate governance support where relevant to the markets
Manage legal projects end-to-end: define the scope, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution and keep quality high
Work with external legal counsel where needed, including briefing, coordination and quality control
Identify legal risks early and propose pragmatic solutions that reflect both legal requirements and business reality
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Legal, Finance, Operations, HR and other functions to move projects forward
Requirements
Master’s degree in Law (bar exam preferred)
5+ years of legal experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house exposure
Strong experience in commercial law, contract law and regulatory compliance
Solid understanding of German and Austrian law is required
Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently, make decisions and manage multiple legal topics in parallel
Proactive mindset, structured way of working, and willingness to start and build new things
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing international business
Openness to AI, legal tech tools and modern ways of working
Fluent English and German are both required
