Maintain deep subject matter knowledge related to business line control activities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with key business function leaders
Educate business stakeholders on how to design and implement an effective controls framework
Review and challenge Incident and Issue content as part of the Reviewer stage of the workflow
Lead the Risk & Controls Self-Assessment execution workshops
Perform regular trend analysis on incidents and issues
Assist the business line in addressing findings and potential risk exposures
Maintain regular touchpoints with SLOD and TLOD to coordinate risk assessments
Participate in new product launches and new processes implementation projects
Conduct status meetings with business line partners

10+ years of experience in operational risk, compliance or audit
financial services experience with a large financial services firm or advisory/consulting firm
experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, or control programs
knowledge of common risk management frameworks and methodologies
strong organizational awareness
demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to work on global cross-functional projects
experience working with remote offshore and regional teams
