Execute high-volume outreach campaigns using Salesloft and Salesforce.
Maintain a high level of organization while multitasking between lead generation and account management tasks.
Deliver consistent sales results against KPIs, ensuring a premium service experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine strategies and improve market penetration.

Native or bilingual fluency in German (written and spoken).
Professional professional working proficiency in English.
Must be physically based in the UK or Europe.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Proficiency with modern sales stacks, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with a commitment to delivery.
High levels of ambition and a persuasive "influencer" personality.
