About this role
Role Overview
Work within the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team supporting Learning and Development and Talent Management teams
Provide Tier 2 global support for LMS and training enquiries
Assist in the creation of reports that outline trends in learning and YTD metrics
Support in the administration of external learning platform Udemy
Assist the wider Operations team with ad-hoc requests and projects
Create, edit, and maintain global courses on the LMS, Absorb
Manage the DiSC and EPIC platform for administration of global assessments
Requirements
Strong MS Office knowledge, ideally within MS Excel
Experience managing and executing on coordination of different learning and development programs
Strong organizational, written and verbal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance
Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
Ability to work well with others globally and support different time zones in a timely manner
Experience working as an administrator with an LMS; preferably, Workday Learning
