Role Overview
You will own the Mojo DNA induction, delivering tailored, high-impact sessions for both Core and Certified employees.
You’ll also oversee the Certification Checklist, ensuring all regulatory and compliance activities are completed, logged, and reviewed in preparation for oversight by the G&D Manager.
You will define how AI impacts roles across the business, facilitating training with Subject Matter Experts to foster a culture where employees use LLMs effectively.

creating structured growth journeys and ensuring all materials remain current on our intranet (Our Mojo).
You are the vital bridge between Mojo and our growth partners, driving excellence across our entire advisory community.
Requirements
Culture of Change: In line with our Mojo culture, you are someone who identifies problems and proposes solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
Domain Expertise: You possess strong knowledge in Mortgages and/or Protection (Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness). You can confidently articulate their value and coach others to deliver elite advice.
Qualifications: You are CeMAP qualified OR have sufficient industry experience (e.g., underwriting, case management, or a lender background).
Strategic L&D Background: Proven experience in L&D with a track record of designing programs that demonstrate clear ROI. You want to elevate your career from delivery to the strategic side of growth.
AI Curiosity: We are looking for more than generic answers. You should have a natural inquisitiveness for AI
