Oversee the entire sales management system within the Middle East and Turkey sub-region
Develop and implement sales policies and procedures
Manage a team of sales professionals
Conduct regular sales meetings
Review sales performance data
Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Report on sales performance to senior leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues in a timely manner
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years experience doing business in the Middle East
At least 2 years experience as a people manager
Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems)
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strategic thinker with a test and learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements.
Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
Prior experience in the wastewater or drinking water treatment industry
