Collaborate on pricing models and pricing metadata to ensure operational system success
Utilize various Solventum pricing and financial reporting systems to analyze price (ASP), volume and profitability data of key divisional products and customers
Discover, propose, and drive key analysis to leadership and finance management
Be a value driver for HIS as a division
Monitor competitor pricing and provide analysis of competitive pricing structures and trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution
(4) four years of combined experience in pricing, strategy, analytics, and/or finance in a private, public, government or military environment
(1) one year of SQL or Python and/or Tableau or Power BI experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience developing pricing, profitability and performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI Tools
Excellent risk assessment, financial modeling, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders
Questioning status quo / divergent thinking
Ability to present analytical findings and pricing recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Experience supporting customer-facing pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial reviews
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to educate cross-functional teams on pricing strategies and business impacts.
