About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the "fit for purpose" of the Medical Inquiry Management and CRM technology infrastructure
- Act as a key bridge between Medical Affairs, Insights & Analytics functions, other IT teams, as well as external partners
- Manage the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users
- Solicit system requirements for the evolution of the infrastructure from all relevant stakeholders
- Support and optimize platforms managing inquiry intake and case processing workflows
- Maintain training materials and support user enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience in Medical Inquiry Management and Scientific Engagement Management
- Knowledge of GxP System Validation processes
- Proficiency in SFDC Service Cloud
