Partner with recruiting team, HRBPs, and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post requisitions, source candidates, and drive the recruiting process
Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews with hiring managers for key positions
Recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
Drive adoption of established best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding practices
Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Assess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend solutions
Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies
Maintain current pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Identify and share recruitment best practices across the organization
Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Extensive experience recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions
Previous experience supporting Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Program Management is a plus
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Fluency in English plus French and/or Italian required
Any additional languages would be a plus
Ability to gain credibility, engender trust, and influence across all levels of the organization
Strong partnering skills, ability to influence and advise clients on best practices
Ability to follow assignments through to completion with an emphasis towards action and execution
Extensive experience leading end-to-end recruitment activities
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, marketing plans, policies, and programs
Experience using Workday is a plus
Experience working in a global environment and ability to meet the needs of a global organization.
