Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open positions.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent through both traditional and non-traditional channels.
Utilise Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality standards.
Confidently negotiate offers and drive candidates through to successful placement.
Requirements
3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
Strong candidate closing and offer management skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
