Role Overview
- Lead the full product management lifecycle for in-plan managed account digital solutions
- Business case development, product definition, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Drive digital advice adoption and monitor KPIs to measure experience effectiveness
- Manage and develop a two-person team
- Collaborate across Technology, Design, Analytics, and investment product to align roadmaps
- Present strategy, performance, and roadmap priorities to senior and executive stakeholders
- Champion Voice of Customer activities and feature roadmap development
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of financial services experience
- 10+ years of financial services experience preferred
- 3+ years of digital product management or financial product management
- Experience managing individuals or a small team
- Familiarity with TIAA's product suite preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to executive audiences
