Assist account managers in servicing a portfolio of clients (between 150 and 300 accounts), supporting operational activities
Respond promptly to client requests (emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls)
Monitor and analyze client access to the platform
Engage clients with the platform and WGSN content through proactive outreach
Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met to secure subscription renewals
Handle requests from other internal teams, including Marketing, Sales and Content
Identify opportunities in current processes to improve the customer support team’s ability to provide exceptional service.

Comfortable using English
Ability to speak in public and appear on video
Resilience to work with disengaged clients
Knowledge of and interest in the fashion, retail and creative sectors in Brazil
Strong curiosity across topics and a willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
