About this role
Role Overview
- Take ownership of a £1M+ ARR portfolio across ~45 enterprise and regulated clients.
- Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to hit ambitious revenue targets.
- Act as the voice of the client — influencing product, sales, and operations.
- Shape and scale our account management playbook, processes, and enablement.
- Play a pivotal role in how we deliver value at scale in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic account planning, renewal & upsell negotiations.
- CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management skills.
- Revenue forecasting & reporting expertise.
- Solid understanding of SaaS commercial models (ARR, NRR, churn). 💡
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of HRTech or background checking.
- Data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday).
