About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of a £1M+ ARR portfolio across ~45 enterprise and regulated clients.
Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to hit ambitious revenue targets.
Act as the voice of the client — influencing product, sales, and operations.
Shape and scale our account management playbook, processes, and enablement.
Play a pivotal role in how we deliver value at scale in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Requirements
Proven experience in
strategic account planning
, renewal & upsell negotiations.
CRM proficiency and strong
pipeline management
skills.
Revenue forecasting & reporting
expertise.
Solid understanding of SaaS commercial models (ARR, NRR, churn). 💡
Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of HRTech or background checking.
Data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables).
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday).
