Responsible for leading strategic enhancement planning, enhancement execution, and adoption improvements
Build collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
Proactively improve Salesforce business processes and utilization
Maintain current state Salesforce process documents for each business process
Lead enhancement strategy and execution through requirement gathering planning sessions
Collaborate with Salesforce Product Management to prioritize enhancements
Develop and manage project plans supporting enhancement development life cycle initiatives
Ensure Salesforce user experience is optimized and drives adoption

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
7 years of product ownership or product / program management experience
Proven record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions
7 years of Salesforce.com or other CRM / SFA or similar platform experience
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to a diverse audience
Strong analytics skills needed
Strong business acumen needed
Experience with development tools including Atlassian or JIRA
Experience with UX design preferred
Experience with visualization reporting tools
Knowledge of Data Warehousing principles and dimensional models preferred
