Customer Service Associate

Role Overview

• Handle incoming calls from patients for Customer Service
• Perform all customer service duties focusing on resolution of phone calls
• Answer patient questions regarding statements
• Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans
• Research and resolve issues with accounts identified by patients
• Reaching out to appropriate departments to resolve patient requests
• Meeting collection goals as set by department

Requirements

• Customer Service and Call Center experience preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare industry preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• CRCR within 9 months of hire
• Knowledge of all areas of the Revenue Cycle
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
