Strategic coordination and alignment of projects and key initiatives to ensure the right priorities are set in line with the management team and driven forward
Ensure implementation of management decisions and initiatives through excellent communication
Monitor progress of strategic projects and initiatives
Ensure timely project execution by supporting project owners with strategic guidance
Serve as a sparring partner to project owners on complex decisions by providing robust decision-making tools and background information
Participate in the strategy process to develop the long-term strategy for the Körber Pharma business area
Contribute to Körber Pharma’s strategy development processes, including analyzing the competitive landscape and creating market outlooks
Identify valuable portfolio gaps
Identify M&A targets
Prepare top-management-level documentation as a basis for the Körber Group Executive Board
Own and lead strategic initiatives and roadmaps with high growth impact in collaboration with Körber Pharma management
Work in cross-functional teams to implement the overall strategy of the business area
Lead selected strategic projects in direct cooperation with members of the leadership team
Support relevant executive stakeholders across Körber Pharma
Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field
More than 3 years’ experience in strategy consulting or industry (e.g., industrial goods, pharma) with experience in multi-project management
Previous experience in life sciences and/or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Strong business orientation with the ability to align data and analysis to the strategic and operational needs of the business
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage effectively at all levels of the organization and with remote teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and high curiosity
High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
Strong project and process management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and material-preparation skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
