Driving high-quality and timely execution of Record-to-Close process, taking full ownership of end-to-end process delivery and ensuring the accuracy of reported financial information in own area
Ensuring integrity, accuracy and compliance of financial and management reporting by taking full ownership and accountability
Perform complex accounting tasks in own area, focusing especially on Group, Statutory and Tax reporting
Contributing to projects and process development enhancing data quality and efficiency
Collaborating closely with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships to drive operational excellence

You have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and reporting processes
You have good analytical skills and the ability to understand and conceptualize complex processes and data flows
You have good collaboration, influencing and team working skills with a flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards change and a global work environment
You have good IT skills. In addition to normal MS Office tools, experience of SAP ECC and or S/4 and visualization tools such as PowerBI are considered an asset
You are comfortable using English as working language
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably in accounting, taxation or business administration
Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as an asset.
