Maintain, update and create personnel and payroll records in DATEV LODAS
Implement changes in tax and social-security law, including DEÜV and wage tax filings
Handle special payroll-related cases (e.g., short-time work / Kurzarbeit)
Communicate with health insurance funds, authorities and external contacts, and collaborate with sister companies
Further develop and optimize Sulzer LoBu processes
Requirements
Solid knowledge of payroll processing as well as wage tax and social-security law
Experience preparing, reviewing and analyzing payroll and salary statements
Confident handling of DEÜV, social security notifications and wage tax filings
Excellent knowledge of DATEV LODAS and DATEV data analysis systems
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for analyses and reporting
Structured, meticulous and independent working style with strong numerical affinity and a high sense of responsibility
